Terms of Service

Effective date: October 6, 2026. These terms are between you and Galaxvend.

About us. Galaxvend operates the NAIROBII Membership (https://galaxvend.us) from Lake City, South Carolina, USA. The NAIROBII Membership is a $20/month club with four services: Stay (resort bookings), Live (housing consultations), Experience (experience planning) and Move (logistics).

What membership includes. Members submit requests through the member area and we handle them personally: we research options, come back with recommendations, and arrange or refer where a third party fulfils the service. Your $20/month pays for this request and concierge service — it is not a booking prepayment and does not include the cost of any resorts, travel, tickets or third-party services, which you pay directly or as quoted before anything is confirmed.

Third parties. Where a request leads to a resort, hotel, transfer, ticket or other third-party provider, that provider’s own terms, prices and availability apply to your booking. We present their information in good faith from public sources or partner programmes, but we don’t own or control those providers, and we always confirm details with you before anything is booked on your behalf. Offers shown in the catalog may be labelled as examples where no partner agreement is in place.

Free trial. New memberships begin with a free 90-day trial. No card is needed to start and nothing is charged during it. You only pay if you choose to continue at $20 per month after the trial; if you choose not to, your membership and access simply end.

Billing and renewal. If you continue after your free trial, membership is $20 per month, billed monthly and automatically renewed through our payment provider, Stripe. When you continue, Stripe collects your payment details on their secure checkout — we never see or store your card number. Your membership then renews each month on the date you continued until you cancel.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time: cancel directly through Stripe’s customer portal (the link in your payment receipt), or email us at galaxvend@galaxvend.us and we’ll cancel for you. When you cancel, your membership and member-area access continue to the end of the month you’ve already paid for, and doesn’t renew after that. Because membership is month-to-month, we don’t issue partial-month refunds.

Your account. Keep your login private and give us accurate details. Membership is for adults 21 and over. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse of the member area.

Requests are requests. We work every request personally, but we can’t guarantee a specific outcome — availability, prices and confirmation always rest with the provider involved. We’ll always tell you before anything that costs money is booked.

Communications. We email you about your membership and your requests. We don’t sell your details and we don’t send third-party marketing.

Changes to these terms. If we change them, we’ll post the new version on this page with a new effective date, and email members if a change is material.
